ASPR TRACIE Website Overview

ASPR TRACIE is a website dedicated to providing a healthcare emergency preparedness information gateway providing access to information and resources to improve preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation efforts. ASPR TRACIE is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR)

ASPR TRACIE is an acronym for the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) Technical Resources, Assistance Center, and Information Exchange (TRACIE).

A lot of the content is available to browse but the site requires a simple registration to gain access to some of the collections.  The site provides a Resource Library, Technical Library, and Information Exchange area containing up-to-date disaster medical, healthcare system preparedness, and public health preparedness materials.

There are a number of useful and easy to use fact sheets, templates and resource pages which any healthcare organization seeking to expand or develop its Emergency Preparedness planning may find useful.
